This morning was the opening of the Poppy Campaign at the Walmart in Orleans. Warrant Officer (Retired) Serge Millen received the first poppy, in attendance was MP Marie-France Lalonde, MPP Stephen Blais, City Councillors Laura Dudas, Catherine Kitts, Matt Luloff and RCL Branch 632 Orleans President Wyn Fournier.
