#TeamUpWalk for Veterans
#TeamUpWalk for Veterans
This November, we’re honouring the brave Veterans who have served our country and ensuring no one is left behind.
At the Concussion Legacy Foundation Canada (CLFC), we understand veterans’ unique challenges, and we are committed to supporting your journey to better brain health. That’s why we’re excited to launch the #TeamUpWalk campaign starting today.
Veterans are taught never to leave another soldier behind. This campaign is a reminder that you’re not alone; a community of Veterans and their allies care about your health and well-being. By joining the #TeamUpWalk, you’re supporting your health and standing alongside other Veterans in a movement to prioritize mental well-being. Walking a day can improve physical and mental health, and it’s a simple yet powerful way to connect with others who understand your journey.
What is #TeamUpWalk?
#TeamUpWalk encourages Veterans like you to take daily walks, fostering physical and mental health. Walking not only boosts your mood but also improves brain function. We want you to join us on this important journey.
How to Get Started:
• Join the Operation Brain Health Strava Club to connect with others and celebrate your progress – https://www.strava.com/clubs/operationbrainhealth• Take it to social media!
Attached are some social media post templates to kick off the campaign with us. Every time you take a walk, don’t forget to use #TeamUpWalk
Let’s unite as a community to support each other in achieving our health goals. Together, we can make a difference — one step at a time.
