Weekly updates for Branch 632 for April 29 to May 4, 2025

Friday night dinner May 2, 2025 is from 5 to 7pm (see menu below and at https://rcl632.ca/friday-menu/), followed by Cinco starting at 7pm in the upper hall.

Commemoration of the Battle of the Atlantic and The Liberation of the Netherlands will be held on May 4 at 11am at the Cenotaph, followed by the Honours & Awards Ceremony in the Upper Lounge.

The Bottle Drive restarts on Tuesday May 6 – 11am to 2pm. If you are unable to drop them off in person, send an email to bottledriveorleanslegion632@gmail.com and they will be picked up.

The Poppy Knitters and Crocheters get together will be Thursday May 8 – 1pm in the lower hall.

The Spring Vendors’ Market will be held Saturday, May 10, from 9:30am to 3:30pm in the lower hall at the Branch.

The Ladies’ Auxiliary Poppy Tea on Sunday May 25 is sold out.

Get your 50/50 tickets at the bar for our next draw on July 1/2025 – 3 for $5.00.

Patterns for knitting or crocheting poppies for the Ladies’ Auxiliary Poppy Project are available on the website at https://rcl632.ca/2025/02/04/ladies-auxiliary-poppy-project-patterns/.

Lunch is served Tuesday to Friday 11am to 3pm. Take out is also available; visit our website at https://rcl632.ca/ for more information.

Saturday breakfast is available from 8am to 1pm – the last breakfast for the summer will be on May 10.

Tuesday afternoons from 1 to 4pm come and enjoy an afternoon of music in the upper lounge with The Taylor Creek Band.

Thursday afternoons we have jamming in the upper hall from 1 to 4pm.

Souper du vendredi 2 mai sera de 17h à 19h (voir le menu ci-dessous et à https://rcl632.ca/friday-menu/), suivi du Cinco de Mayo à partir de 19h – upper hall.

Commémoration de la bataille de l’Atlantique et de la libération des Pays-Bas sera le 4 mai à 11h au cénotaphe, suivie d’une cérémonie de remise des distinctions et des prix dans le salon supérieur.

La collecte de bouteilles reprend le mardi 6 mai de 11h à 14h. Si vous ne pouvez pas les déposer en personne, envoyez un courriel à bottledriveorleanslegion632@gmail.com et ils seront récupérés.

Les tricoteuses et crocheteuses de coquelicots se réunissent le jeudi 8 mai à 13h, dans le hall du bas.

Le marché des vendeurs du printemps aura lieu le samedi 10 mai de 9h30 à 15h30, dans le hall du bas de la filiale.

Le thé des coquelicots des Ladies Auxiliary du dimanche 25 mai est complet.
