The 2027 membership stickers have arrived and with the introduction of the digital membership card, online payments, auto-renewal, etc. things are not as simple as they used to be. Those who are set up for Automatic Renewal or have prepaid your 2027 membership have already received an email advising of their status and the following does not apply.

EARLY BIRD runs until November 30^th.  If you pay before this date, you have a chance to win your 2028 membership free.

Stickers are available for pick-up during bar hours of operation (Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 to 18:00).  Annual dues remain $80.00.  BE SURE TO GET BOTH A CASH RECEIPT AND A FORMAL MEMBERSHIP RECEIPT FROM THE BARTENDER.

NOTE: If there is no renewal sticker for you then there are four (4) possibilities:

1.  You have opted for the digital membership card which has been downloaded to your cell phone.  Once your payment has been received by Dominion Command (DC) they will send you an updated digital card via email.  If you have prepaid your membership dues (i.e. 2027, 2028, etc.) your current digital card will state this in the “Valid until” date.

2.  You have opted for auto-renewal.  These are not processed by DC until mid-November so the stickers are held until this occurs or if you pay sooner.  You will receive an email from DC advising when they have processed and at that time your sticker will be placed in the PAID section of the membership box and you will need to come in to pick it up. Please give Membership a few days to move them.  (Note: you will have already received an email from Membership advising you if you have signed up for auto-renewal.)

3.  It may be that you joined, transferred or paid your 2026 renewal fee after the deadline (July 1^st) therefore DC will not issue your sticker until the 2027 fee is paid.  If you have your 2025 membership sticker, then pay the $80 fee and get the two receipts (see above) from the bartender.  Once your 2027 sticker arrives you will be notified.

4.  You may be in arrears; if you do not have your 2025 sticker or your digital card does not indicate 2026 then you should contact Membership (info at bottom of this email) to confirm what you owe and what your options are.

PAYMENT OPTIONS (dues $80):

IN PERSON at the Branch during bar hours of operation (Tuesday to Friday, 11:00 to 18:00) via cash, debit, credit or cheque.  Please keep your two (2) receipts for proof of payment.

ONLINE at:  https://portal.legion.ca/login; however, you will be making your payment to Dominion Command so you will need to print off your proof of payment and bring it to the Branch in order to pick up your sticker.  It will be in the PAID section of the membership box at the bar.

TELEPHONE:  call Dominion Command directly at 1-855-330-3344 to pay verbally by credit card. Please take note of the date, time and method of payment until a sticker or new card is received in the event of a glitch by DC.  You will need to come into the Branch to pick it up – it will be in the PAID section of the membership box at the bar.

In addition, if there has been any change to your personal information (i.e. telephone, e-mail, mailing address, etc.) please provide the details on the receipt or contact Membership via e-mail or telephone.

*** September to November is an extremely busy period for the Branch (Remembrance Day, Poppy Campaign & Membership renewal) so please be patient with the bartenders and remember that at least one week is required for the Chair to place the stickers in the membership box at the bar.
