We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preffered date, especially for peak seasons and weekends. Popular dates fill quickly, so early inquiries are encouraged.

Yes! We offer 3 differnt hall set-ups that gives you flexibility whether you’re planning a small celebration or a larger event.

MAIN HALL

  • Our spacious lower-level hall accommodates up to 150 guests (sitting) or up to 200 guests (standing)
  • Capacity will vary depending on type of event needs (catering setup, dance floor, gift/display table, stage, etc)
  • Ideal for weddings, galas, celebration of life gatherings, retirement parties, fundraisers, and large celebrations

HALF OF MAIN HALL

  • Our lower-level HALF hall accommodates up to 60 guests (sitting) or up to 100 guests (standing)
  • Capacity will vary depending on type of event needs (catering setup, dance floor, gift/display table, stage, etc)
  • Ideal for smaller parties, meetings, fundraisers, showers (baby/bridal)

UPPER HALL

  • Our upper-level hall offers a more intimate setting that accommodates up to 80 guests
  • Ideal for birthday parties, showers (baby/bridal), celebration of life gatherings, corporate meetings, private dinners and events

Branch 632 works exclusively with Prestige Catering, our in-house catering partner. Their team offers customizable menus to suit any event style or budget – from casual buffets to elegant plated dinners. This partnership ensures quality service and a seamless experience for your event.

Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own cake or desserts for your event.

If you are booking through Prestige Catering, a variety of dessert options are available as part of your menu selection. While specialty celebration cakes are not provided, they offer a range of plated and buffet-style desserts for catered events. Please note that if you choose to bring your own desserts, you are responsible for providing your own plates, napkins and utensils (including cake knives and serving utensils). These items may be arranged through the caterer for a small fee; however, this must be discussed in advance to ensure availabilty on the day of your event.

A full music sound system is not provided; however, we do offer the following audio/visual amenities:

  • a microphone and podium available on both levels for speeches and presentations
  • A 75″ Smart TV in the upper hall
  • Two 85″ Smart TVs in the lower main hall

Our Smart TVs can be used for slideshows, presentations or video displays. We recommend discussing your specific setup needs in advance to ensure a smooth experience on the day of your event.

Tablecloths are not included with the hall rental. You’re welcome to bring your own linens. If you need recommendations for linen suppliers, ask our caterer – they’re happy to help.

Unfortunately, no. Setup is only permitted on the day of your event, as the hall is used by other groups frequently. All decorations and items must be removed by the end of your rental period.

Branch 632 is full accessible. Both levels are accessible via lift, and accessible washrooms are available on-site to ensure all guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Yes – ample parking is available on site for your guests. Additional free street parking is also available nearby, making it convenient and accessible for events of all sizes.
