There is a $100 deposit required to hold the date for your hall rental, this can be paid by cash, cheque or credit/debit card.

You can make the payment at any time during business hours at the upstairs bar. You will need your hall contract number when you make the payment.

  • Full Lower hall: up to 220 people
  • Half Lower Hall: up to 100 people
  • Upper Hall: up to 80 people 

For the hall rental, this includes a choice of rectangular or round tables, chairs, and a bartender for your event.

Yes, you must use Prestige Catering for your event. There is a complete menu available to suit any event.

No we do not provide tablecloths, yes you most definitely can bring your own, or check with the caterer for reference to linen companies

No, you can only come on the day of the event to set up, as we have other groups using the hall, as well all decorations must be removed at the end of the event, they cannot be left in the hall overnight.

No, we do not have a sound system for music , we do have a microphone available for speakers, and the upstairs lounge has a TV that can be used for slideshows.

Yes you can bring in a slab cake, as the caterer does not provide cakes for events.

You have to fill out the form on the website then somebody will call to confirm details.

Last call is announced 1 hour before the end of your event.

 At the time indicated on your contract as the end of your event, all decorations, personal items, and guests must be out of the building.
